I’ve been here a few times with my girlfriend and we’ve always had a great time. A good vibe in here with yummy food. Fresh seafood from the water nearby. And they give you portions that you can reheat tomorrow if you’re not scared of rehearing seafood lol. Maybe I’m biased because my girlfriend and I always look forward to hitting this place up whenever we’re in Ipswich, but I definitely recommend giving it a shot.

Know what you're getting into and you'll be thrilled! No frills, but fresh delicious seafood and a well managed kitchen (hot enough oil for a light fry, food comes out fast). Service is prompt and kind. Cash only! Though they do have an ATM on premises.

I knew I wanted to visit here after seeing other reviews and I’m so glad we did! The food was excellent! Huge portions and great tasting! Best fish sandwich I’ve had in a while. They have a chalk menu board of specials that include sandwiches for a decent price at around 15 a plate. The tartar sauce was great! Service was great and nice selection of on tap beer. They only take cash. An ATM is on site or there is a bank down the street. Eat here if in the area. I will if I am ever again.

My hubby has been eating there for years. The fish is always fresh with good portions. Our server was friendly and efficient; it's a good value especially in this day and age. I don't believe they take credit cards, so we left cash. The place can get a bit crowded and loud. As you can see from the photo, they don't skimp on portions.
